Integrated Ticket Smart Card for Subscriptions

The Integrated Ticket Smart Card for Subscriptions can be requested by students and workers.

The subscription is valid Monthly or Weekly, and includes two daily journeys on the route specified at the time of subscription registration.

Validity runs from the first validation on board the vehicle and requires validation only when boarding.

Once the request has been entered on the online portal and after its approval (see “VDA Transport Subscription Request“), it is possible to go to one of the designated points for printing the smart card, at a cost of €5.00:

• SVAP headquarters
• VITA headquarters
• Courmayeur ticket office – Mont Blanc T.O. Arriva Italia Agency

The customer has the possibility of digitalising their smart card on their smartphone (see “Regional transport application #vdatransports“) to make top-ups, view the balance and usage details. With this feature it is possible to use either the smartphone or the smart card interchangeably on the buses.

Special20 Subscription

The “Special 20” subscription is a type of monthly subscription, on an experimental basis, which at a cost of €20 per month allows bus travel throughout Valle d’Aosta without limits on routes and journeys.

It is aimed at residents of Valle d’Aosta and can be requested at https://vda-abbonati.sitvallee.it by filling in the appropriate form and providing a front and back copy of the identity document.

For residents already in possession of a Subscriber Smart Card, no further requests will be necessary, as they will already have automatic access to the purchase of “Special 20”.

Should the “Special 20” option not be available for purchase, please contact assistenza@sitvallee.it, specifying first name, surname and card number and the problem encountered, or go to one of the offices/ticket offices: Aosta bus station, SVAP headquarters, VITA headquarters and ARRIVA Mont Blanc T.O. Courmayeur agency.

Special45 and Special65 Subscription

From Monday 14 July 2025, the Valle d’Aosta Region introduces two new monthly integrated subscriptions, valid for 30 consecutive calendar days, usable on both urban and suburban buses and on the regional rail network.

Special 45 – €45
• For unlimited travel on buses (urban + suburban) and trains up to Pont-Saint-Martin

Special 65 – €65
• For unlimited travel on buses (urban + suburban) and trains up to Turin

These tickets are in addition to the already active Special 20 and are part of a regional offer aimed at encouraging the use of public transport, in a sustainable and integrated approach.

Purchase methods:
– If you have previously purchased a Special 20 subscription, the new ticket will be automatically available for purchase directly on the #VDATransport app
– Alternatively, it is necessary to fill in the form and upload the required documentation on the website: https://vda-abbonati.sitvallee.it

Please note that the purchase of Special 45 and Special 65 subscriptions is not available at resellers or company offices.
