Arriva Italia Agency <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The customer has the possibility of digitalising their smart card on their smartphone (see &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vitagroup.it\/applicazione-trasporti-regionale-vdatransports\/\">Regional transport application #vdatransports<\/a>&#8220;) to make top-ups, view the balance and usage details. With this feature it is possible to use either the smartphone or the smart card interchangeably on the buses.<\/p>\n<h4>Special20 Subscription<\/h4>\n<p>The &#8220;Special 20&#8221; subscription is a type of monthly subscription, on an experimental basis, which at a cost of \u20ac20 per month allows bus travel throughout Valle d&#8217;Aosta without limits on routes and journeys.<\/p>\n<p>It is aimed at residents of Valle d&#8217;Aosta and can be requested at <a href=\"https:\/\/vda-abbonati.sitvallee.it\">https:\/\/vda-abbonati.sitvallee.it<\/a> by filling in the appropriate form and providing a front and back copy of the identity document.<\/p>\n<p>For residents already in possession of a Subscriber Smart Card, no further requests will be necessary, as they will already have automatic access to the purchase of &#8220;Special 20&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Should the &#8220;Special 20&#8221; option not be available for purchase, please contact <a href=\"mailto:assistenza@sitvallee.it\">assistenza@sitvallee.it<\/a>, specifying first name, surname and card number and the problem encountered, or go to one of the offices\/ticket offices: Aosta bus station, SVAP headquarters, VITA headquarters and ARRIVA Mont Blanc T.O.
