The use of vehicles for tourist journeys is governed by EC Regulation n. 561/2006 and subsequent amendments and additions
To these regulations V.I.T.A. S.p.A. strictly adheres in order to safeguard the travel safety of its staff and those transported.
Interregional Gran Turismo Bus Lines
General conditions governing the use of interregional
- Gran Turismo bus lines Booking at a travel agency, at V.I.T.A. S.p.A. facilities or using the online booking site www.transfervallee.eu is mandatory.
- The transport of small animals is permitted, provided that appropriate measures are taken to render them harmless (e.g. muzzle) against payment of the ticket at full fare.
- The transport of accompanying luggage is permitted, luggage for which the Company assumes no responsibility in the event of loss or damage, the custody thereof being the exclusive responsibility of the person concerned. Luggage in excess of what is permitted (1 suitcase per person) or bulky items will be accepted depending on the remaining space available on board the bus.
- Tickets are personal and non-transferable and their validity is limited exclusively to the date for which they were issued. Failure to make the journey does not entitle the holder to either an extension of the ticket’s validity or its refund.
- The Company V.I.T.A. S.p.A. declines all responsibility for missed connections and/or delays. The applicable law is exclusively Italian law, regardless of the passenger’s nationality. Any dispute that may arise between the passenger and V.I.T.A. S.p.A. shall be submitted exclusively to the Italian Judicial Authority and the Court of Aosta shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
